Who is making sure that your BCBA's or BCaBA's are training therapists, providing quality supervision, writing programs that are applied and effective, and providing enough parent training and support? So much emphasis is placed on if the direct treatment staff is doing a good job, but you should also be getting feedback on your BCBA’s performance.  This survey is for direct treatment staff to evaluate the quality of supervision and allows you to graph their progress over time.
